Sherry Mitchell, 58, of 54 Flyers Drive was charged Monday with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Roemon Lathern, 32, of 59 McKinley Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an emergency call and risk of injury to a minor.

Marvin Osberto, 31, of 134 Cliff St. was charged Saturday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Markim Johnson, 31, of 575 Boswell Ave., Apt. 19, was charged Monday with two counts of third-degree assault.

Michael Bienvenu, 40, of 44 Norwich Ave. was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ashley Campbell, 33, of 575 Boswell Ave., Apt. 19, was charged Monday with breach of peace and attempted second-degree assault.

Randell Spicer, 54, of 122 Ventura Drive, Oakdale, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have lights lit, failure to drive right and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Michael Albert, 41, of 1000 Bank St., New London, was charged Monday with violation of probation.
