    Groton Town

    Steven O. Silva, 48, of 268 Flanders Road, No. 16, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with second-degree violation of conditions of release and Monday with second-degree threatening.

    Lisa A. Stark, 29, of PO Box 537, Gales Ferry, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

    Rebecca L. Fraser, 45, of 9 Sunniecrest Drive, Waterford, was charged Jan. 2 with operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle under suspension and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Robert W. Kaiser, 43, of 56 Deerwood Drive was charged Jan. 2 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Sarah Kaiser, 39, of 28 Blueberry Hill Road was charged Jan. 2 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Nicholas J. Velletri, 22, of 73 Colony Road was charged Dec. 31 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Marcus D. Sullivan, 30, of 29 Sheas Lane, Taftville, was charged Dec. 30 with operating a motor vehicle under suspension.

    David Matteson, 37, of 29 D St. was charged Dec. 29 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Michelle C. Kelley, 45, of 425 Bridge St., No. 221, was charged Dec. 29 with violation of protective order.

    Robert J. Fournier, 41, of 27 Railroad Ave., Apt. 1 was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Malik A. Morse, 20, of Windham was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and failure to display number plate and stickers.

    David Moone, 43, of West Kingston, R.I., was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
