Torin D. Childs-Harris, 27, of 16 Sturtevant Ave. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Sonya D. Davis, 44, of 76 Laurel Hill Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with third-degree assault.

Stephen L. Smith, 52, of 15½ Terrace Ave. was charged May 20 with possession of narcotics.

Jonathan A. Driscoll, 22, of Lebanon was charged Tuesday with two counts each of second-degree failure to appear in court and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Christopher A. Ruley, 49, of 28 Seventh St. was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order and interfering with a 911 call.

Colin J. Perry, 29, of 63 Allen St., Groton, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.
