Shannon M. Harmon, 50, of 55 East Haddam Road, Salem, was charged Feb. 6 with possession of a controlled substance: narcotics, possession of narcotics: cocaine with intent to sell, drug paraphernalia, unauthorized conveyance of items into institution, failure to drive in proper lane and possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory.
