David M. Deflumeri, 42, of 5 Fernwood St., Norwich, was charged April 17 with operating/parking an unregistered motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following too close with accident, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance - first offense.

Michelle L. Villano, 35, of 44 Connecticut Ave., Apt. D, New London, was charged April 16 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Crystal C. Vinoya, 23, of 17 Atlanta Court was charged April 16 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

Erin E. Toole, 39, of 111 Ledgewood Road, No. 302, was charged April 16 with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation/suffocation and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Kaitlin Couture, 33, of 6 Seneca Drive, was charged April 16 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Aidan A. Banks, 18, of 265 Indigo St., Mystic, was charged April 15 with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and second-degree breach of peace.

Noah Zimmer, 46, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Thursday with two counts of violation of probation.

William Bueno, 38, of 17 Linden St., Apt. A, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility, misuse of plates, no insurance and operating under suspension.

Norwich

Rafael Rodriguez, 25, of Manchester was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, two counts of third-degree criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree burglary.

Jason F. Adamec, 38, of 40 Cedar St. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

Christos Trabakoulos, 26, of 136 Washington St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, insurance coverage fails to meet minimum requirements, improper registration and operating or towing unregistered motor vehicle.

Shane Caffrey, 49, of 160 Broadway, No. 1, was charged April 16 with drug paraphernalia, two counts of unauthorized possession of controlled substances - narcotics, and two counts of possession of heroin/cocaine with intent to sell.

Jonnatan Vallejo, 33, of 116 Norwich Westerly Road, No. 10, North Stonington, was charged Wednesday in North Stonington with possession of a controlled substance - first offense, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with officer/resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation/suffocation and two counts of assault on public safety, EMT, transit or health care personnel.
