State police - Montville

Norma G. Vazquez, 56, of San Antonio, Texas, was charged Monday in Montville with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving the wrong way on a divided highway and drinking while driving.

William W. Porter, 58, of 76 Fair Acres Circle, Mystic, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Shacara Hill, 47, of 281 State St., New London, was charged Monday with violation of probation and interfering with an officer: nonassaultive.

Zachary Perkins, 29, of 4 Vivian St. was charged Monday with third-degree larceny.

Brandon McPartland, 27, of 348 Maple Ave., Uncasville, was charged Monday with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny.
