Waterford police issue bulletin for endangered runaway

Waterford―Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 17-year-old girl who was last seen on Saturday.

Jacklyn Hall is described as white with black hair and brown eyes, five feet, six inches tall and 230 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red puffer style coat, gray leggings and black and white Vans shoes. She was last seen getting into a Subaru SUV with two males and a young child with a partial Connecticut license plate of “AL”. Anyone with information about her location is asked to call police at 860-442-9451.
