Waterford ― A Friday morning fire damaged a home on Dunbar Road in the Quaker Hill section of town.

A Facebook posting by the Quaker Hill Fire Department said that at 5 a.m. firefighters were dispatched to the home for a possible structure fire. When they arrived, they found a working fire and called other Waterford fire departments to the scene. There were no reported injuries and the Red Cross said it was assisting two residents in the home. The fire is being investigated by the Waterford Bureau of Fire Prevention.
