Wednesday, April 14

• A 50 year-old Branford man was charged with breach of peace in the second degree.

• A 42 year-old woman of Main Street and a 30 year-old New Haven man were charged with assault in the third degree and breach of peace in the second degree.

Thursday, April 15

• A 45 year-old man of Short Beach Road was arrested on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.

• A 59 year-old woman of Florence Road was charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 39 year-old New Haven man was charged with forgery in the second degree, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and four motor vehicle violations.

• A 24 year-old Branford man was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), and operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.

Friday, April 16

• A 28 year-old Branford man was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, burglary in the third degree, and manufacture or possession of burglars' tools.

Saturday, April 17

• A 43 year-old Madison man was charged with larceny in the sixth degree, breach of peace in the second degree, operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension, and failure to have insurance.

Sunday, April 18

• A 34 year-old woman of Short Beach Road was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and three motor vehicle violations.

• A 38 year-old man of Silver Sands Road was arrested on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the first degree, failure to appear in the second degree, and two failure to appear charges related to motor vehicle charges.

• A 22 year-old man of Bormann Road was charged with disorderly conduct.

Monday, April 19

• A 30 year-old North Branford man was charged with larceny in the third degree.

• A 61 year-old woman of Birch Lane was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• A 48 year-old man of Atwater Street was charged with unlawful restraint in the second degree, assault in the third degree, disorderly conduct, and interfering with an emergency call.

Tuesday, April 20

• A 48 year-old Branford woman was charged with larceny in the sixth degree, robbery in the third degree, breach of peace in the second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
