    Guilford Police Incident Report for Sept. 13

    The Guilford Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names.     • A 36 year-old Mulberry Point Road resident was charged with possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    • Animal nuisance, two horses ran through backyard, Three Mile Course, may have come from nearby horse pasture, 8:35 a.m.

    • Theft, jewelry missing from residence, Wildrose Avenue.

    • Burglary, barn broken into, power washer, leaf blower, chain saw stolen, Long Hill Road, 900 block.

    • Unwanted person, Three Mile Course.

    • Police left a notice at a home regarding a hedge blocking line of sight, corner of River Street and Water Street.

    • A cell phone was found on Route 80, 200 block.
