• At 9:16 a.m. Officer Steven Redente investigated the report of a theft from 17 Cedar Lake Road. Sometime between Oct. 14 and 7:30 a.m. and Oct. 16 at 12 p.m. a Reconyx infrared camera was stolen. Anyone with information is asked to call the Chester Resident Trooper’s Office at 860-526-3605. The victim was a 53 year-old East Haddam man.
