The North Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content. Thursday, March 10Senior correspondent Jason J. • A 27 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 5:38 p.m. and charged with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana. In the same incident a 29 year-old was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of less than four ounces of marijuana.

• A 28 year-old man of Carriage Drive was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:14 a.m. for failure to have insurance and failure to display plate/sticker.

• A 28 year-old man of Fitch Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 3:50 p.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident) and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.
