Clinton Police Incident Report for April 28

The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content. Thursday, April 28Senior correspondent Jason J. Marchi compiles the Police Incident Report.

• No arrests were made.

• The passing of bad checks was investigated at Ocean State Job Lot on West Main Street by Officer Natashia Pucillo at 9:03 a.m.

• A larceny was investigated on Pleasant Valley Road by Officer Adrian Santos at 5:16 p.m.
