• A 25 year-old man of Dudley Lane and a 22 year-old Old Saybrook man were arrested at 5:59 a.m. and charged with breach of peace following a dispute on Dudley Lane.

• A 34 year-old New Britain man was arrested at 2:01 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drug, failure to carry a driver’s license, and having an obstructed view through the windshield. Occupation: Floor installer.

• A 40 year-old Guilford man was arrested at 10:29 p.m. and charged with breach of peace and criminal violation of a protective order. Occupation: Construction worker.

• Threatening was investigated at 136 Samson Rock Drive at 11:06 a.m.

• Violation of a protective order was investigated at 820 Green Hill Road at 7:08 p.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated at 77 Bradley Road at 9:50 p.m.
