The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content. Wednesday, Sept. 28Senior correspondent Jason J. • A 47 year-old Middletown man was arrested at 10:03 p.m. at 1430 Boston Post Road and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree. In the same incident a 15 year-old was charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 44-year-old Plymouth man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:32 a.m. for failure to have insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to display marker plate following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 near Main Street.

• A 20 year-old Old Lyme man was issued a citation at 10:08 a.m. for simple trespass following an incident at the Old Saybrook Shopping Center.
