    Sarah K. Lachance, 40, of 33 Orion Ave., was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Kenneth A. Churchill, 42, of the Naval Submarine Base, was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school, day care or public housing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Montville

    Donna R. Scavoni, 44, of 197 Route 163 Apt. 1, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with failure to obey a control signal and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    New London

    Cynthia Jarvis, 44, of 256 Crystal Ave., was charged Wednesday with second-degree violation of conditions of release.

    Ramon Gomez, 35, of 624 Montauk Ave., was charged Wednesday with improper signal and driving with a suspended license.

    Tracy E. Edwards, 21, of 8 Indian Woods Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear.

    James Miller, 49, of Middletown, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Joel D. Matthews, 28, of 5 Huntington St., was charged Tuesday with interfering with a police officer.

    Rahjon L. Moses, 22, of 233 Benham Road, Apt. 4, Groton, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with the intent to sell, tampering with evidence and interfering with a police officer.

    Erica Cote, 31, of 27 A Lenox Ave., Jewett City, was charged Tuesday with evading the scene of a motor vehicle accident and driving with a suspended license.

    Ryan Shimozaki, 20, of 16 Pennsylvania Ave., Oakdale, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Norwich

    Kevendelle D. Wiggins, 21, of 488 Norwich Ave. was charged Monday with violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

    James E. Gold, 44, of 44 Oneco St., was charged Tuesday with impersonating a police officer, unauthorized use of blue lights and third-degree forgery.

    Dawayne Sebastian, 19, of 16 Franklin St., was charged Tuesday with possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of narcotics and possession of crack with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school.

    Matthew Dubrevil, 34, of 2 Hickory St., was charged Tuesday with reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry insurance, interfering with police and assault on a police officer.

    Eduardo Quinones, 46, of 90 North St. L5, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Rachael A. Perry, 28, of 9 Raymond Place No. 1, was charged Wednesday with credit card theft, sixth-degree larceny, illegal use of a credit card and attempted sixth-degree larceny.

    Anthony R. Nunez, 35, of 35 Laurel Heights, was charged Wednesday with failure to obey traffic control signal, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without a license, failure to maintain insurance, possession of an abandoned marker, misuse of plates and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Gerald Moseley III, 35, of 17 Autumn Way, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.

    Kevin Dennehey, 47, of 303 Mohegan Park Road, No. 52, was charged Monday with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to sell.

    David Saragosa, 49, of 160 Broadway, was charged Monday with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to sell.

    Gurmeet Singh, 37, of 8 Conrad Coutt, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.

    Timothy L. Trautman, 54, of West Mystic, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

    David Williams, 22, of Middletown, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear and improper turn.
