The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. • A 52 year-old man of an East Main Street apartment was arrested at 9:28 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct following a disturbance at Village Motel on East Main Street.

• A 17 year-old was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:12 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and failure to obey a control signal near police headquarters on East Main Street.

• A 19 year-old man and a 19 year-old woman of differing Norwich address man were issued citations at 12:20 a.m. for creating a public disturbance and Clinton Crossing Outlet on Killingworth Turnpike.

• Criminal mischief was investigated at Clinton Cross Outlet at 2:03 a.m. by Officer Glenn Smith.
