    Clinton Police Incident Report for Nov. 25

    The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content. Friday, Nov. 25Senior correspondent Jason J. Marchi compiles the Police Incident Report.

    • A 52 year-old man of an East Main Street apartment was arrested at 9:28 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct following a disturbance at Village Motel on East Main Street.

    • A 17 year-old was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:12 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and failure to obey a control signal near police headquarters on East Main Street.

    • A 19 year-old man and a 19 year-old woman of differing Norwich address man were issued citations at 12:20 a.m. for creating a public disturbance and Clinton Crossing Outlet on Killingworth Turnpike.

    • Criminal mischief was investigated at Clinton Cross Outlet at 2:03 a.m. by Officer Glenn Smith.
