    Old Saybrook Police Incident Report for Jan. 29 to 31

    The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.     • No arrests were made and no incidents were reported.

    • A 58 year-old Niantic man was arrested at 12:31 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

    • A 40 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 5:28 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, conspiracy to commit larceny, and criminal attempt to commit larceny.

    • A 50 year-old Middletown man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:10 p.m. for failure to have insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and misused of marker plate following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 near the railroad bridge.
