    Madison Police Incident Report for April 22 to 24

    Sunday, April 22

    • A 47 year-old man of Rye Brook, New York was arrested at 12:52 p.m. and charged with breach of peace and assault in the third degree following an incident at 87 Surf Club Road.

    • A 34 year-old Middletown woman was arrested at 4:10 p.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree. Occupation: Unemployed.

    • A motor vehicle accident involving an animal was investigated at 980 Durham Road at 2:25 a.m.

    • A 911 hang-up call was investigated at 37 Copperfield Drive at 10:15 a.m.

    • A suspicious vehicle as investigated at 82 Bradley Corner’s Road at 1:57 p.m.

    • A suspicious person report was investigated at 779 Summer Hill Road at 2:37 p.m.

    Monday, April 23

    • No arrests were made.

    • A 911 hang-up call was investigated at 23 Stacey Lane at 2:30 p.m.

    • A theft was investigated at 1-2 Middle Beach Road at 2:32 p.m.

    • A suspicious person reported was investigated at 87 Surf Club Road at 4:07 p.m.

    Tuesday, April 24

    • No arrests were made.

    • A suspicious vehicle report was investigated at 240 Boston Post Road at 12:47 a.m.

    • A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Durham Road at Chestnut Hill Road at 3:23 p.m.
