Old Saybrook Police Incident Report for April 25 and 26

The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Wednesday, April 25

• No arrests were made.

• A 41 year-old Berlin woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:59 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and using a hand-held cell phone while driving following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 at Denmore Lane.

Thursday, April 26

• A 29 year-old Rocky Hill woman was arrested at 1:21 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, and failure to obey a stop sign.
