Westbrook Police Incident Report for April 27 and 28

The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

• Assistance was provided to a citizen at 314 Flat Rock Place by Officer Karen Reilly at 7:21 p.m.
