    Melissa Everett, 30, of 4 Bayview Drive, Stonington, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Ashley M. Ortega, 20, of Willimantic was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

    Lenee Sadosky, 35, of 183 Williams St., Apt. 103, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and threatening.

    Levi Rivera, 25, of 32 Fourth Ave. was charged Wednesday with two counts of third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, violation of a protective order and third-degree strangulation.

    Willie Hall, 30, of 19 Jay St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, criminal impersonation and failure to appear in court.

    Qusaun Lea, 18, of 72 Summer St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Robert Marin, 22, of 46 Crystal Ave., Apt. B54, was charged Tuesday with failure to respond to an infraction and interfering with an officer.

    Alexander Perry, 21, of 61 Summit St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Brian Haffner, 27, of 160 Otrobando Ave. was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, interfering with a 911 call and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    James Hubbard, 43, of 744 N. Main St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and violation of a protective order.

    Anthony Monegro Jr., 22, of 60 Boswell Ave., Apt. 5, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Nelson Torres, 24, of 187 Broad St. was charged Tuesday with fraudulent use of an ATM and fourth-degree larceny.

    Jessica L. Arsenault, 33, of 75 W. Thames St. was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility, driving an unregistered/uninsured motor vehicle and misuse of marker plates.

    Ryan Barberi, 23, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with attempted second-degree burglary and illegal possession of a controlled substance.

    Darlene Kripps, 47, of 76 Fourth St. was charged Monday with prostitution.

    Courtney White, 36, of 63 Washington St., Apt. 3, was charged Monday with prostitution.

    Heidi Coombs, 30, of 562 N. Main St. was charged Monday with prostitution.

    Elizabeth Machnik, 47, of 188 Washington St., Norwich, was charged Monday in Montville with criminal possession of a firearm and making a false statement in the sale or transfer of a firearm.
