    Clinton Police Incident Report for July 29 to 31

    The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

    Sunday, July 29• A 43 year-old Glastonbury man was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on eleven warrants charging him with 24 counts sexual assault in the fourth degree, one count of sexual assault in the second degree, and one count of illegal manufacture or distribution drugs (illegally prescribing a narcotic). He was processed and held on a combined $1.1 million bond amount.

    • A larceny was investigated on Riverside Drive at 8:38 a.m.

    Monday, July 30• A 22 year-old Groton man was arrested at 2:36 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, and breach of peace following a disturbance on East Main Street.

    • A larceny was investigated on Riverside Drive at 11:57 a.m.

    • Criminal mischief was investigated on Killingworth Turnpike at 2:08 p.m.

    Tuesday, July 31• A 66 year-old Westbrook man was arrested at 9:08 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree.

    • A 31 year-old man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:43 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.

    • A 47 year-old woman of Egypt Lane was issued a citation at 2:25 p.m. for allowing a dog to roam.

    • A 27 year-old man was a Riverview Road apartment was issued a citation at 4:13 p.m. for creating a public disturbance on East Main Street.
