Tracy Edwards, 22, of 8 Indianwoods Road, Niantic, was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer.

Eliezer Cruz, 34, of Manchester was charged Sunday with reckless driving.

Sebastian Tzampop, 29, 264 Broad St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance, misuse of plates, driving without a license and failure to drive right.
