    Groton Town

    Jordan K. Whipple, 28, of 600 Meridian St. Extension, No. 705, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to driver in the proper lane.

    Nicholas R. Rippel, 29, of 427 Pequot Ave., Mystic, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Roberto Ruiz Jr., 23, of 43 Eastern Ave., New London, was charged on Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and having the improper number of headlights.

    Lisa M. Farley, 48, of 42 Alder Lane, was charged Friday with failure to drive in the proper lane, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility.

    Kevin Harrilal, 26, of 195 Michelle Lane, No. 106, was charged Friday with strangulation, third degree, third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    James H. Wicker, 42, of 31 Central Ave., was charged Friday with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, second-degree making a false statement and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Joshua A. Murray, 24, of 138 Washington St., No. 1, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Jomar Rios, 20, of 40 Hamilton Ave., was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and having tinted windows.

    Daryll Barham, 23, of 18A Railroad Ave., was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

    Timothy Sypher, 21, of Mansfield, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

    Fredy Angel, 47, of Stamford, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Chona Decastro Morales, 46, of 25 Barry Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    Erik Williams, 23, of 92 Summer St., New London, was charged on Thursday with evading responsibility, failure to carry proper insurance, passing on the right and defective brakes.

    James Besade, 27, of 355 Boston Post Road, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Christina Benjamin, 32, of 17 Maple Ave. Extension, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license or registration and using a cellphone while driving.
