Alen Negron, 26, of 46 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving while his licenses is suspended and failure to wear a seat belt.

Justin M. Labriola, 25, of 5 Bishop Lane was charged Monday with driving while his license suspended, improper use of a vehicle marker place, license or registration and failure to have minimum insurance.

Groton Town

Saffwan A. Davis, 18, of 55 Branford Ave. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Aria Devarney, 21, of 81 Lambtown Road, Mystic, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive at a reasonable distance, and driving without a license.

Karina S. Muradyan, 29, of 64 Ivy Court was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to have minimum insurance and improper use of a vehicle marker plate, license or registration.

Rasheem Hall, 27, of 25 Perry St., New London, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, interfering with an officer, risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, unlawful restraint, possession of narcotics and threatening.

Gregory A. Murphy, 44, of 9 Maxson Road was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Tyneal M. Smith, 42, of 101 Colman St., was charged Wednesday with violating conditions of his release.

Ramon E. Penn, 54, 280 Willetts Ave., was charged Tuesday with engaging an officer in pursuit, failure to secure a child in a restraint system, driving without a license, second-degree threatening, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree criminal mischief, risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.

Samantha Fidrych, 23, of 7 Broad St. was charged Monday with three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Cassie Morris, 25, of 171 Broadway was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Damian Varela, 29, of 17 Pearl St. was charged Monday with reckless driving and engaging police in pursuit.

Scott LaFlamme, 46, of 117 Mount Pleasant St. was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

Abrielle Gumbs, 21, of 495 Laurel Hill Road, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal trespass.

Waterford

Paul Benoit, 46, of 139 Harkland Road, Norwich, was charged Monday with failure to drive in the right lane, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to carry minimum insurance.

Roy Mariano, 50, of 453 Bayonet St., New London, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, speeding, violating a stop sign, possession of non-narcotic controlled substances, drinking while driving and possession of narcotics.

Matthew Hemm, 19, of 90 Heatherwood Drive, Colchester, was charged Monday with possession of controlled substances.
