The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. Friday, Nov. 15

• A 29 year-old man of Beach Road was arrested at 10:58 a.m. and charged with carrying a pistol without a permit and having a weapon in a motor vehicle. He was processed on a $2,000 surety bond.

Saturday, Nov. 16

• No arrests were made.

• A 26 year-old Lebanon man was issued a citation at 11:30 a.m. for operating an unregistered motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 at Springbrook Road.

• An 18 year-old man of Boston Post Road was issued a citation at 8:10 p.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia on Route 1.
