    Madison Police Incident Report for Dec. 28 and 29

    The Source publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in Madison and Killingworth.     Saturday, Dec. 28

    • A 19 year-old man of Green Hill Road was arrested at 12:15 a.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree, interfering with an officer, illegal possession of a controlled substance, and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Occupation: student.

    • A stray animal was found on the mid-1300 block of Boston Post Road at placed in the animal shelter at 11:25 a.m.

    • A carbon monoxide alarm was investigated at 47 Sportsman Hill Road at 5:41 p.m. No symptoms were reported.

    • A 911 hang-up call was investigated at 29 Taylor Avenue at 7:36 p.m.

    Sunday, Dec. 29

    • A 63 year-old man of Deepwood Drive was arrested at 7:30 p.m. and charged with breach of peace and strangulation in the third degree. Occupation: sales.

    • A building was found open on the upper 800 block of Boston Post Road at 8:55 a.m. during a routine patrol check.

    • A theft was investigated at 136 Samson Rock Drive at 12:25 p.m.

    • A 911 hang-up call was investigated on Sylvan Road at 12:42 p.m.
