    Police Incident Report for Jan. 29 to Jan. 31

    The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

    Wednesday Jan. 29

    No arrests were made.

    • A 55 year-old man of Otter Cove Drive was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:05 p.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident) and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on Essex Road.

    • A 53 year-old man of Tudor Court was issued a citation at 9:20 a.m. for use and possession of marijuana containing less than ½ ounce of marijuana on Route One at Baum Avenue.

    Thursday, Jan. 30

    No arrests were made.

    Friday, Jan. 31

    • A 34 year-old man of Boston Post Road was arrested at 9:21 a.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal mischief in the third degree. He was processed on a $1,000 bond amount.

    • An 18 year-old homeless man was arrested at 8:17 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of greater than ½ ounce but less than four ounces of marijuana. The arrest took place on Great Cedars Conservation on Merritt Lane. In the same investigation an 18 year-old woman of Ferry Road was issued a citation for possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana.

    • A 51 year-old man of Boston Post Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:16 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license and registration suspension and failure to carry insurance identification following a motor vehicle stop on Route 166 at Route One.

    • A 41 year-old woman of Ferry Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:17 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
