Westbrook Police Incident Report for June 28 to July 1
The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. Saturday, June 28
• A 55 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 6:36 a.m. and charged with reckless driving, speeding, disobeying the signal of an officer, improper passing (cutting in), and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

No arrests were made.
Tuesday, July 1
No arrests were made.
• A 26 year-old Old Saybrook woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 7:12 a.m. for failure to have insurance, operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension, and speeding.
