    Groton City

    Shaun Henry, 35, of 25 Quakertown Road, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and defective tail lamps.

    Tyron Johnson, 36, of 28 Ivy Court was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to keep narcotics in original container.

    Tayla Northup, 27, of 18 Greene Court, Westerly, was charged Wednesday with interfering with a police officer, assault on a public safety officer, criminal impersonation, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Rochard Watkins, 44, of 49 Willetts Ave., No. 2, New London, was charged Aug. 25 with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, and second-degree threatening.

    Norwich

    Rudaina Milford, 26, of 14 Ann St. was charged Thursday with two counts of third-degree assault and one count of disorderly conduct.

    Jeffrey C. Jenkins, 51, of 51 14th St. was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny.

    Stonington

    Nicolas Behm, 25, of 46 Liberty St., unit 2A, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility.

    Leah A. Castro, 25, of 56 Spruce St., Westerly, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Christina E. DePietro, 37, of 129 Farmholme Road was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Janilet J. Vera, 24, of Douglas, Mass., was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility.

    Julie A. Connolly, 55, of 19 Brook St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    State Police ― Montville

    Alicia Christine Balderston, 31, of Rockledge, Fla., was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with possession of a controlled substance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of markers, driving without minimum insurance and driving without a license.

    Michael Grenier, 34, of no certain address, was charged Monday in Lisbon with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Tyler P. Graffam, 29, of 29 Tracy Ave., Apt. E, Griswold, was charged Aug. 25 in Griswold with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace.
