    Matthew K. Russell, 50, of East Hartford, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

    David Alexander, 55, of 21 Race Rock Road was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics not in their original container, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended registration, failure to renew registration, driving with a defective windshield or wipers and using a hand held cellphone while driving.

    Groton Town

    Jamar A. Trent, 38, of 32 Walden Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    James D. Smith, 33, of 239 Midway Oval, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault.

    Scott A. Panganiban, 23, of 180 F St. was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

    Jared M. Tefft, 22, of Bradford, R.I., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to obey a stop sign.

    Mariah S. Williams, 31, of 117 Fourth St., Norwich, was charged Monday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Leeann Howard, 59, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, third-degree identity theft, criminal impersonation, and criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny.

    Emile I. Tsuma, 39, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Aug. 27 with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and two counts of criminal impersonation.

    James A. Vocolina, 28, of 11 Chelsea Way was charged Aug. 27 with failure to keep narcotics in original container, possession with intent to sell or dispense hallucinogens, possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than five ounces of a cannabis product, three counts of third-degree burglary, and three counts of sixth-degree larceny.

    Joseph M. Stenek, 38, of 4 Linden Lane, Stonington, was charged Aug. 27 with reckless driving, evading responsibility, failure to drive in the proper lane, making an improper turn or stop, failure to obey a traffic control signal, failure to display lights and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Prapai Palmer, 56, of 6 Meryl Court, was charged Aug. 25 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Sarah Riley, 42, of 40 Walden Ave., No. 4, New London, was charged Aug. 25 with second-degree larceny.

    Matthew K. Russell, 50, of East Hartford was charged Thursday with two counts of violation of a protective order.

    Michael Conroy, 35, 707 Colman St., No. 117, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with a police officer.

    Corey Wallace, 38, of 48 Center St. was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

    Angel Monge, 62, of 70 Dell Ave., A4, was charged Thursday with assault on a police officer.

    Norwich

    Austin Deutsch, 31, of 74 Blackhall St., Apt. 1, New London, was charged Thursday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Waterford

    Elizabeth Greene, 35, of 77 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Thursday with sixth-degree larceny and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norman Gillette, 55, of 3 Spithead Road was charged Thursday with interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct.
