Luis R. Santiago-Santiago, of 487 Williams St. A1, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Carolina Vargas-Marty, 26, of 157 Lincoln Ave., was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Luisanna Ramirez, 28, of 101 Blackhall St. Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with two violations of civil protective orders and second-degree harassment.

Gervase Jennings, 55, of 9 Hope St. Fl. 1, was charged Sunday with engaging an officer in a pursuit.
