    Christopher Vargas-lebron, 31, of 49 Prest St., No. 2, New London, was charged Wednesday with violation of protective order.

    Herman E. Smith, 46, of Bloomfield, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer/resisting, third-degree assault, sixth-degree larceny, and two counts of second-degree breach of peace.

    Rafael Tejeda, 40, of 40 Carter Road, was charged Monday with second-degree larceny.

    Christopher T. Arnold, 24, of Wood River Junction, R.I., was charged Monday with third-degree criminal trespass and two counts of criminal attempt of third-degree burglary.

    Melissa A. Boutwell, 28, of Wood River Junction, R.I., was charged Monday with third-degree criminal trespass and two counts of criminal attempt of third-degree burglary.

    Nathaniel L. Edwards, 19, of 129 Deerwood Drive, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, and first-degree unlawful restraint.

    Maryelizabeth R. Bradford, 25, of Hartford was charged Sunday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Joe B. Roberts, 27, of 2 Meryl Court, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Christobal L. Marrero, 27, of 67 Ledgewood Road, No. 102, was charged Sunday with interfering with officer/resisting, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault.

    Audra G. Keele, 52, of 129 Flanders Road, Mystic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and operating motor vehicle with unsafe tires.

    Dajon M. Uzzle, 26, of 61 Corey Road, was charged Oct. 29 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, third-degree strangulation/suffocation, and first-degree unlawful restraint.

    David P. Boudreau, 40, of 336 NW Corner Road, North Stonington, was charged Oct. 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Benjamin Mejia, 26, of Miami, Florida, was charged Oct. 27 with conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny.

    Hector L. Perez, 34, of Homestead, Florida, was charged Oct. 27 with reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and improper rear/marker lamps.

    Sharetta Watts, 40, of 121 Nautilus Drive, Unit B, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Marlana Cardoza, 30, of nor certain address, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with police and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Barry Lopez-Nieves, 35, of 30 Connecticut Ave. was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

    Michaael Olyncin, 63, of 116 Viets St., Apt. A1, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    William Munoz-Vazquez, 51, of 119 Lincoln Ave. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

    Charles Drayton, 33, of 48 Granite St., No. 4, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Shawn Mcgrawl, 43, of Atlantic, N.J., was charged Thursday with traveling unreasonably fast, improper turn, driving without a license, possession with intent of narcotics, first-offense possession of a controlled substance, failure to comply with fingerprints requirement and interfering with a police officer.

    Waterford

    Damian Robbins, 27, of 19 Harrison Ave., Westerly, R.I., was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics.
