Maria Foti, 58, of 26 Hillcrest Rd., Apt. A, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and disobeying the signal of an officer.
Groton Town
Kevin J. Wells, 32, of Plainfield, was charged Nov. 7 with theft of an animal, first-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary, and three counts of second-degree breach of peace.
Krystal R. Dziomba, 31, of 18 Lillibridge Road, Norwich, was charged Nov. 5 with cruelty to animals, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, and two counts of risk of injury to child.

David Tyson, 51, of 42 Anthony St., No. 13, Jewett City, was charged Sunday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Jordan L. Ritrovato, 29, of Brooklyn, was charged Thursday in Lisbon with fourth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device.
Jade Bland-allen, 29, of 101 Boswell Ave., No. 2, Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

John A. Yuschak, 59, of Bristol, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.
Michelle T. Gross, 57, of Bristol, was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order.
Joquin J. Riley, 27, of 95 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order.
Alfonso J. Campagna, 34, of 149 Quakertown Road, Mystic, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Cheryl Kruszawski, 63, of 55 Pepperbox Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Gregory Pancavage, 28, of 38 Green St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have reflectorized safety number plates.
