Amy M. Aspinwall, 40, of 33 Mechanic St., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Lashea M. Wade, 32, of 21 N. Cliff St., was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Olan R. Loskoutov, 20, of 151 Boswell Ave., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court and breach of peace.
