Astrid L. Williams, 42, of 19 Tom Allyn Court, Ledyard, was charged Monday in Norwich with assault on EMS personnel and disorderly conduct.

Brenda L. Toper, 60, of 404 E Main St. Apt. 23, Jewett City, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Marcus Gans, 43, of no certain address, was charged Thursday with being a fugitive from justice.

Michael D. Jefferson Jr., 44, of 47 Eastern Ave., was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

Connor Day, 24, of 47 Eastern Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Abigail Spector, 30, of Columbia, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a stop sign.

Timothy Cardona, 22, of 607 Norwich Ave., was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree unlawful restraint, and risk of injury to a minor.

Matthew G. Hebert, 35, of Baltic, was charged Nov. 10 with violation of probation.

Damian Ortiz, 18, of 67 Providence St. was charged Nov. 14 with first-degree forgery, criminal attempt at third-degree larceny and third-degree larceny.

Waterford

Daniel Terry, 60, of 320 Great Neck Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree strangulation, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
