State Police ― Montville

Nicholas F. Depietro, 31, of 189 Newent Road, Lisbon, as charged Friday in Lisbon with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Richard Robert Pezzente, 62, of 105 Old Colchester Road, Hebron, was charged in Norwich with seven counts of failure to appear.

Jocelyn Rios, 51, of 11 Lounsbury Ave., Apt. A2, Waterbury, was charged Friday in East Lyme with the unauthorized conveyance of items to a correctional facility.

Jordan Kenneth Johnson, 31, of 44 Pollys Lane, Montville, was charged Friday in Griswold with violation of a protective order.
