Joshua Andrews, 27, of 161 Cliff St., was charged Friday with driving with a plate that didn’t belong to the vehicle, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and insurance coverage fails minimum requirements.

Waterford

Dennis Gonzalez, 47, of 302 Boston Post Road, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated, and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Nicholas Bodine, 30, of Wethersfield, was charged Friday with interfering with an officer, disobeying the signal of an officer and improper parking.
