Taisha L. Jordan, 26, of 111 Laurel Hill Ave, Norwich, was charged March 15 with operating/parking an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plate, driving without minimum insurance, and driving with a suspended license.

Jessie Ocasio, 43, of 120 Hawthorne Ave., New London, was charged March 15 with driving with a suspended license and fifth-degree larceny.

Brian P. Orlando, 47, of 7 Nantucket Drive, Mystic, was charged March 14 with driving without minimum insurance, driving with a suspended registration, and evading responsibility.

Michael D. Edwards, 49, of 81 E. Pattagansett Road, Niantic, was charged March 11 with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

David E. Henderson, 36, of 239 Nautilus Drive, No. 223, New London, was charged March 8 with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in proper lane.

Estuardo R. Guox Garcia, 25, of 37 Happy St. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey stop sign and driving without a license.
