Ligdalis Gonzalez, 31, of 9 Hunters Road, #4, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Adam S. Bisson, 36, of 22 Great Plain Road was charged Monday with criminal violation of a restraining order, interfering with police, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license.
