    Groton Town

    Autumn M. Cholewa, 36, of 30 Sycamore Lane was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Stephon L. Payne, 26, of 57 South Road, Apt. 9B, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and second-degree breach of peace.

    Ivan E. Maldonado, 34, of Bridgeport, was charged Tuesday with two counts of risk of injury to child and one count of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

    Giselle J. Moreno, 36, of New York, N.Y., was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, sixth-degree larceny, and two counts of risk of injury to child.

    Scott I. Brown, 41, of 75 Hickory Drive, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Thomas A. Murphy, 56, of 37 Spring St., New London, was charged Monday with violation of protective order, first-degree failure to appear in court, and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Nicolas P. Buccheri, 34, of 119 Peters Drive was charged Sunday with violation of protective order and May 5 with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening.

    Reilly E. Siano, 18, of 116 Kings Highway was charged Saturday with traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs by a person less than 21 years of age, and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Farouk Guamassi, 46, of 135 Blydenburg Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Fuquan J. Chapman, 40, of 89 Branford Ave. was charged May 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, tampering/altering/bypassing an ignition interlock device, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving without a license.

    Noah Chaffee, 23, of 239 H St. was charged May 5 with driving without minimum insurance and evading responsibility.

    Michael G. Moses, 58, of Stamford, was charged May 5 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    David P. McNally, 55, of 112 Riverview Ave., No. 5, New London, was charged May 4 with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

    Demetryus M. Bright, 32, of 104 Franklin St., No. 3, Danielson, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving without a license.

    Dawn R. Hurd, 57, of 22 Deer Ridge Road, Old Mystic, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Robert Gestrich, 24, of 32 Moss St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Nathaniel J. Hennessey, 19, of 542 Long Hill Road, Groton, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and Tuesday with violation of conditions of release.

    A 14-year-old juvenile was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Sara C. Primo, 39, of Weymouth, Mass. was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.
