Beverly Turner, 44, of 93 Georgie Road, Oakdale, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear, second-degree larceny of a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gregory Moulthrop, 45, of 233 Holabird Ave., Winsted, was charged Friday in Montville with possession of a deadly weapon inside a correctional facility.

Waterford

Michael Rowe, 32, of 10 Seventh Ave., Waterford, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear.

Lorenzo Gibbs, 51, of 102 Riverview Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey control signal, driving with a refused/suspended/revoked license and failure to drive in proper lane.

Loren Penfield, 53, of 279 Wells Road, Wethersfield, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear.
