Crystal Mackin, 40, of Canterbury, was charged Sept. 11 in Griswold with two counts of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Linda Carr, 46, off 125 Mathewson St., Griswold, was charged in Lisbon Saturday with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and illegal operation of a motor vehicle without tint inspection.
