State police ― Montville

Jessica L. Lundy, 36, of Wallingford was charged Friday in East Lyme with possession of a controlled substance and conveyance of an unauthorized item into an institution.

Jeffrey Ryan Pfannenstiel, 35, of 13 Oakland Ave., Lyme, was charged Friday in Montville with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Stephanie Brooke Stone, 26, of 18 Green Ave., Griswold, was charged Saturday in Montville with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a child.

Waterford

Marquise Tucker, 19, of 114 Fog Plain Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.
