Julio Santos, 32, of 31 Richardson Hill Road, Griswold, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and two counts of first-degree violation of conditions of release.

Joette Garey, 181 W. Town St., was charged Wednesday with first-degree larceny, improper use of turn signal and driving with a suspended license or registration.
