Jovan Oaks, 20, of 173 Route 12 was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, violation of a protective order, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Nathan J. Mcallister, 22, of Mansfield, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.
