Amanda Roy, 37, of 621 Bank St., Apt. A, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny.

Robert Torres, 41, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Janel Williams, 32, of 24 Bragaw St., was charged Wednesday with criminal possession of a firearm.

Debbie Kee, 29, of 57 Freeman Ave. B, was charged Friday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Anthony Sepulveda, 29, of Manchester, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, traveling unreasonably fast, disobeying the signal of an officer and interfering with an officer.

George Richard, 58, of 5 Aime St., was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have tail lights lit and traveling unreasonably fast.
