Jordyn Gilliard, 22, of 10 King Arthur Drive, A148, Niantic, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count each of possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended registration or license.

Michael J. Lapine, 29, of Willimantic, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, second-degree threatening and interfering with an emergency call.

Alec Seeking, 27, of 617 Boswell Ave., was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kevin A. Justiano, 37, of 64 Boswell Ave., No. 2, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Sharisse T. Clarke, 37, of 155 Rockwell St., was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and making an improper left turn.

Danillo Tay Vicente, 20, of 6 Perry Ave., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

Stephen J. Linicus, Jr., 38, of 24 Starrwood Drive, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to carry minimum insurance, misuse of license plates and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
