Adam J. Foley, 42, of 773 Poquonnock Road, Apt. J, was charged Monday with two counts of criminal violation of a restraining order.

Seth A. Barber, 29, of 34 McKinley Ave., Norwich, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Marc Pontes, 31, no address listed, was charged on Tuesday with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.

Dakim Rucker, 32, of 10 Mathieu St., was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, first-degree unlawful restraint and criminal violation of a protective order.

Indiqua Morris, 19, of 62 Starr St., was charged on March 24 with interfering with an officer, driving without a license and failure to grant the right of way.
